1. 6% port fee and nonrefundable cleaning fee of $50 required for overnight reservations.
2. Fee applies to additional overnight guests beyond the double occupancy reservation (for a total of 6) as well as any visitors during your stay per day.
3. A two hour charter is required for stays during all holiday periods. Overnight stays of more than three days in a holiday season will be booked with a 4 hour charter. Stays of 5 days or more during non-holiday times will be required to have a 2 hour charter. All stays of more than 7 days will be discussed with the owner and approved by each guest prior to booking. The discounted rate of $225 per hour applies to all of the above charters.
